We believe in transparency. If your question is not answered here, write to us at support@ssbuildapp.site and we will respond within one business day.
We price every project individually based on scope, complexity, platform, and timeline. We do not publish fixed rates because no two projects are identical. After an initial consultation, we provide a detailed, itemised quote within 48 hours — with no obligation to proceed.
A straightforward single-platform app typically starts from ₹8–12 lakhs. A cross-platform app with backend integration typically falls in the ₹15–25 lakh range. Complex apps with real-time features, third-party integrations, or custom backends can be higher. We provide a precise quote after understanding your specific requirements.
Yes. We require a 30% deposit before commencing any design or development work. The remaining balance is structured as milestone payments tied to agreed deliverables. We do not ask for full payment upfront.
Absolutely. Many of our best long-term client relationships began with a focused MVP. We design our architecture to accommodate future growth, so expanding the scope later is straightforward rather than requiring a rebuild.
A focused MVP typically takes 12–16 weeks from discovery to App Store submission. A full-featured application can take 20–32 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline in our project proposal, with milestones that allow you to track progress throughout.
Yes — this is a core part of how we work. We run two-week sprints and provide a live demo of working features at the end of each sprint. You can test the app on your own device throughout the development phase, not just at the end.
You will have a named lead engineer as your primary contact throughout the project. You will also have access to a shared project board where you can see the status of every task in real time. We do not route communication through account managers.
We manage scope changes through a formal change request process. If you identify a new requirement during development, we assess the impact on timeline and budget and provide a written estimate before proceeding. We do not absorb scope changes silently and bill for them at the end.
We recommend the technology that is the best fit for your specific requirements — not the one we are most comfortable with or the one that generates the most revenue for us. We consider your target audience, performance requirements, timeline, budget, and long-term maintenance needs.
Yes. Full source code ownership is transferred to you upon final payment. We do not retain any rights to the code we write for you. You are free to take the code to any other developer or maintain it in-house.
Yes. We regularly take on projects that involve extending or rebuilding existing applications. We begin with a code audit to understand the current state of the codebase and provide an honest assessment of what is worth preserving and what should be rebuilt.
We work with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. For most projects, we recommend AWS due to its maturity and the breadth of services available. We can also work with your existing cloud provider if you have one.
Every project includes 60 days of post-launch support at no additional charge. This covers bug fixes, minor adjustments, and guidance on any issues that arise in the live environment. After 60 days, we offer structured monthly maintenance retainer plans.
Our maintenance retainers include OS compatibility updates (iOS and Android releases), security patch management, performance monitoring, bug fixes, and a defined number of hours for minor feature additions each month. Each plan includes a monthly health report and a defined response time SLA.
For clients on a maintenance retainer, we guarantee a 4-hour response time for critical production issues during business hours and a 12-hour response time outside business hours. For clients without a retainer, we offer emergency support on a time-and-materials basis.
Yes. We take on maintenance engagements for apps built by other studios, subject to a code audit. The audit allows us to understand the codebase, identify any technical debt, and provide an accurate maintenance quote.
